At the beginning of 2015 we decided to get involved in one of the most innovative beer projects of the moment. Our friends from Naparbier asked us if we wanted to manage the gastronomical part of the first gastronomic brew-restaurant in Spain. At that time, we didn’t expect the arrival of the Michelin Star in November… Honestly, we found ourselves with an incredible amount of work, but we were able to do it all.
The 18th February of 2016 Napar BCN opened its gates. From now on, you can find a small part of Tres Macarrons in Barcelona. A cuisine more opened, fresh and international for a more cosmopolitan and casual public.
In Napar we have an amazing team and we are very pleased with the beginning of this new trip!
